Job Description:
1. Receive customer inquiries and process orders;
2. Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, teamwork spirit, and willingness to travel;
3. Provide high-quality service and support to both internal and external customers;
4. Coordinate delivery with logistics providers;
5. Handle sales invoices and purchasing invoices;
6. Maintain customer master data;
7. Answer phone calls and email inquiries;
8. Participate in exhibitions and other marketing activities.
Requirements:
Major in chemistry-related disciplines. Candidates with experience in cleaning, agrochemicals, personal care or polyurethane industries are preferred.
